Which one is better and long lasting: eyeliner pencil or wet eyeliner brush dipped in eyeshadow?

i like the eyeshadow. if your eyes water, or you sweat, it doesn't run. maybe just has a tad of the ';smoky'; look rather than dark lines down your face from eye liner. it seems to stay on much longer, and looks better.Which one is better and long lasting: eyeliner pencil or wet eyeliner brush dipped in eyeshadow?

Def. the wet eyeliner brush dipped in eyeshadow. Pencil smudges everywhere!! Most professional make-up have cake liner which is like wetting your eyeliner brush and dipping it into the eyeshadow; your just cutting out the wetting the brush step. This I swear by as well b/c it works better than both! Just remember to not get your brush to wet or it will smudge as well; just enough for the shadow to stick. I would recommend also drawing the line with liquid liner then going over the line w/ the cake liner or the wet angled brush w/ eyeshadow. Good Luck!
eyeshadow!!!! but pencil is more acurate so if you just put a thicker line of powder cover-up right at the lashes and then use a pencil it will last a really long time and be very acurate!!
Eyeliner pencil is better. If you chose the other option and it rains or you cry it will run all over your face. Also if you get something in your eye causing it to water it will run...
