What color of eyeshadow looks the best with brown eyes?

i have a lot of different eye shadows but i just want some opinions=]What color of eyeshadow looks the best with brown eyes?
Grey shadows in all shades. They make some really light grey shadows and some with a bit of glitter if dark is too much for you. Purple and blue are okay on brown eyes if you know how to pick a good color and apply it; otherwise it'll look like you have on too much makeup and you'll look slutty. Any earth colors; beige, brown, and green are good. Golden LIGHT browns are great for brown eyes. You shouldnt use bright pinks, they dont look great with brown eyes.
Lavender / and light shade of pink / and light golden


All depending on yr clothing remember that though.

I've always used a lil white to open up my eyes. If not a dark blue eyeliner does great too. Depends on what look your going for....
I really like to see girls that have brown eyes use some type of frosty colors. Like frosty pink or blue because it sorta 'lightens' your eyes and highlights them a little bit. Then of course use some dark mascara if you need it. It'll look nice!


But my all time favorite color with brown eyes is like a bronzy type color...almost a goldish bronze color. :)
Look at your eyes real close in the mirror and go with the under tone colors, Green and Bronze are some good choices for brown eyes
A golden brown is very pretty - flattering but not overpowering.

I suggest a dark green. Kinda like an olive color. It always looks good on me.

Well, there are a few rules of eyeshadow. One is never match your shadow to your eyes. If you have brown eyes, stay away from brown shadows. Tans may be okay, pinks are great, or other earthy grays, greens, etc. Rule number 2 is never match your shadow to your outfit. If you are wearing white, NO WHITE SHADOW! Blue? Green? Gray? You get the point. It looks Terrible when people do this!!! So you have a lot of options, choose the color to match your mood for the day-or depending on the look you are going for. You can change the color of your mascara or eyeliner. Just follow these 2 rules and you should be looking great!





One more tip: If you are feeling very tired or your eyes are a little red, stay away from colors with red hues, like pinks and purples. If you try using blues, grays, or greens, it will help camoflauge red eyes and automatically make you look more refreshed.
I have brown eyes and I wear browns, greens and maroons...............soo pretty!!!


Blue can be pretty too if you know how to apply it.

I really think you could use any color but the ones that would look best would be, pinks, purples, greens, and blues.
None. Don't apply any because naturality is always better that artificiality.
They have these eye enhancer shadows by Maybelline. Theres another good one too but i cant find it. They have these at drugstores and it tells you how to apply it.

A pale lavender eyeshadow will accentuate and flatter any eye color.
I think lovely browns, golds and pale pastels look good with brown eyes, but it also depends on your skin tones. And of course, what you are wearing on that day! It does not help to say wear purple shadow, but you have on a red dress! Stick to the color you are wearing as best as possible. Blue, Violet / Purple etc. looks good too. In fact, these days, we can wear damn near any color's we please!!! Isn't it great!
I have dark brown eyes and I find pastel colors like pink, purple, and greens really bring them out.
