ps. Im 15I want to start wearing makeup..what are the steps?how to choose the right eyeshadow color for teen.help!?
its completely up to you about matching the colours, but neutrals (browns, beiges, creams) and smokey (white, grey, black) go with pretty much every colour. so for your first eyeshadows, stick with these.

for appling the eyeshadow follow these easy steps :

apply the lightest colour all over up to brow bone.

apply middle shade over lid, up to the crease.

apply the darkest into the crease

blend well

as for foundation, if you have blotchy skin or you just want a bit of coverage then go for it. if you just have the odd spot and under-eye circles, then use a concealer.I want to start wearing makeup..what are the steps?how to choose the right eyeshadow color for teen.help!?
i'm 15, and i wear foundation, but only because i like wearing make up.

none of my friends do, and if you choose to, wash your face really well. well do that anyway :P for the eyeshadow, you should wear what color brings out you eyes, google the colors, because i've heard a lot of different things(orange or purple or smokey is what i've heard for blue) as for steps:

1)put on foundation, bronzer, or powder or blush if you want.

2)then prime your eyelids with a good primer, i guess you could skip it, but it makes the eyeshadow look way better.

3)then put on eye liner, liquid looks better i think but it takes practice to get it right.

4)then mascara, put on three coats. and be careful not to get it on your face.

5)then lipgloss if you want, i normally just use chapstick though.
i wouldn't start off with eyeshadow if i were you . get like a shimmery one if you want to really wear it at first and get the hang of putting it on just with neutral colors like gold shimmer white tan and plain glitter and work up to shaping the eyeshadow and making both eyes look even. for eyeliner i'd start off with only on your water line, and work up to perfecting the winged look. if you have blemishes you want to hide use a liqiud foundation, and if not just use powder . and a little bit of mascara at first and work up to making them big and long witout clumping.
usually you match or compliment your eye shadow to the color of your eyes..try this! http://www.almay.com/Pg/Main/CatProdDet.鈥?/a>
