well you found a make-up expert...if your having trouble looking for some eye shadow than i agree you should match your make-up with what you wear because if your wearing something green and yellow than you should wear some green eye shadow with a little yellow in it!!!What color eyeshadow to wear?
Eeeeyah...matching your clothes and your eye shadow is not something that you should do. I have the same features as you. I stick to browns. Those are the best you really bring out the blue in your eyes. And brown mascara and brown eyeliner. You can get away with black eye liner but, just try to to wear too much.
It doesn't have to be like, the same colour as your clothes
But I usually try and make mine go with my shirt, so if I'm wearing blue, I'll wear a different shade of blue
But if I'm wearing something I dislike as eyeshadow, like red, I'll go for white or silver or something
I think gold would suit you, try Barry M's Dazzle Dust in Yellow Gold, number 29 :D
You should get and eye shadow with three different shades and a white for the inside corner of your eye. The white makes your eyes pop more.
Also, I would add a little brown Maybelline great lash mascara and brown eyeliner to the bottom of your lower lid.
A great every day look would be to use a pink shade base but if you are going out to the movies, a blue/purple mix would probably accentuate your eye color.

when you have blue eyes you wear brown eye shadow. and never wear the same eye shadow color as your outfit. it will clash together and look funny.
actually wearing matching clothes and eyeshadow is a big N-O
as to your problem......its really about your skin tone but gold and white eyeshadow goes with everyones skin
apply it from your crease to your eyes and then with the applicator put some on the inner corners of your eyes as this will make them look wider
