For light skinned women, What is the best eyeshadow?

It depends on your color. I will guess that you have brown eyes because most African American women have dark brown eyes. I would play with deep shades of navy and sapphire around the lash line and a shimmering brown color on the lids of the eyes. Gold is also a great color on any African American women. Green is a nice color to use on the eyes too. for example an emerald color.

it depends on what color eyes you have but before putting on eyeshadow put a skin colored powder over your eyelids to make it look more natural
