In my opinion, i would use the liquid if possible. If you can't get any of that, use creamy. powder will dry out your eyes. Only use it if you have to.
i think it should be pouder eyeshadow the color should be pink
If you have lines in your eye lids you can put a little bit of powder on your lids before you apply eye shadow and that will help to keep the shadow from creeping into the little lines. After applying the shadow you can put a little more powder on top and gently rub it across the lids. I'm not sure about cream or liquid shadows but it does work pretty well with powder ones. You would have to experiment with the other ones to see. This also works on lips before applying lipstick.
powder is my vote. no shimmer-y shades, just matte.

I would stay away from anything glittery or sparkly because it will make the little creases and lines stand out. Stick with ';flat'; shades and highlight with a lighter shade at the brow bone. I would recommend powder, but make sure you've moisturized. Creamy and liquid can be messy. Try to stay seasonal--depending on your eye color %26amp; skin tone: warm mauves, browns, smoky gray, etc... experiment and ask your friends or family for honest opinions...
powder, in matte colors, like charcoal gray, brown, plum. Using light or shimmery colors will accent the crepe texture, make it even more noticable, and liquid or cream will settle into the creases. Use a meduim/dark shade in the hollow and a meduim / lighter shade on the lid itself.
Matt eyeshadow is best because it will not highlight the crepinesss. As for the consistency, that really depends on your skin type. If its dry, then a cream will be fine. If oily, then use powder.
