most times, you line the top of the eyelids with the darkest shade so its like an eyeliner. then with your midtone or middle shade, cover the lid up to the crease. to finish it off, put the lightest color along the bottom of your eyebrow arch. if you want, dust shimmery eyeshadow over it all to hide the transition lines from one shade to another
You should start with the lightest color for your base from eyelashes to your eyebrows. Then you will take the med color from your eyelashes to your crease, from your inner corner to your outer corner. Then you will take a brush with a fine tip brush and just above your crease on the outside corner of your eye you will move your brush like a windshield wiper back and forth. I hope this helps
I do the top of the lid in a dark color (next to your eyelashes), the crease of your eye a darker color and then go over the top of your eye below your eyebrow with a lighter color. The lighter color is best to go on last.
Put the darkest color on the bottom until the crease where your eyeball stops pushing up on the skin. Then put the medium color on the rest of of your eye lid. Then at the very end almost at your eyebrow, lightly brush over the very top of the medium shade of make-up with the lightest color but stop at the eyebrow. It might just work better with only two shades though.
Start off by putting the lightest color all the way up top to your brow bone...Some people like to cover their entire eye lid all the way up with it....Then, put the in between color in the middle approx. at the crease and all the way down if you prefer...Lastly, put the darkest color at the bottom on your actual lid...


Make sure to blend all the colors well so that you won't see a definite line where one ends and begins.
You start by using a vanilla color eyeshadow all over your eye. Apply a different eye shade color to your eyelid (Depends on what color you like like bronze, pink, green etc.) Lastly apply a different shade of eyeshadow darker than your eyelid color to the middle-end crease of the eye. (Brown tones %26amp; Grays look the best on the crease)
thats hard but i start with a base color like cream or white then put another darker color like the darkest in the middle or crease of my eye then use the middle color on top of the eyelid and sometimes under the brow. hope that helped

You put the medium colored shade on your eyelid. Then the darkest color goes in the crease, and the lightest color goes on the browbone.


Or you could use the dark on your eyelid, and the lighter one on top, just dont use the dark color on top.

I cover the entire lid (from lashline to browbone) with the lightest of the 3 colors. I take the medium color and shade in from the lashline to the crease of the eyelid. Then I take the darkest shade and outline the entire eye with it (including underneath the eye, like an eyeliner). Make sure you blend the colors together well.
Follow the contours of your shape. Typically, the shadow under the brow bone is usually where you put the darkest shade and the lids tend to be a little lighter. Highlight under your brows to make it look more clean and natural.
Honey, it depends on your eye shape. If you have a soulful eyes any color will do, even the lights (yes even white). But if your eyes are like the chinese it's a little bit harder. But to start with always put a light base,then if you like to put an accent you can put a natural dark shade (at the ball of your eyes). It also depends on the color of your clothes and the event (is it formal, night party or day). There are day and night make ups and a lot of extras. So know your eye shape then you can look at some models from a magazines (same with your eye shape) and copy it (not the color particularly but the style). Then practice it use earth colors first (not the dark browns yet) to start with your day make-up. Eventually, you will be playing with different colors that compliments with your eyes, clothes and occasion. Practice makes perfect but will good directions and not too much. If your young be careful of your skin, remove every trace of make up before going to bed, ok. Make up is not good with a bad skin. It only enhances what you have.
