Do you think brown eyeshadow would look okay if you wore black eyeliner too or not?

Well try it!! But personally I think that silver eyeshadow would look better with black liner... brown and black don't usually mix well

yeeup i do that
yes i do that and it looks fine. i use black eyeliner and mascara. for eyeshadows i use browns, tans, golds, and coffee colors. i use little bit of black eyeshadow to make a smokey effect.
Get a gold/brown eyeshadow. Start off with a cream base and then go from gold to brown gradient. Then add a black liquid eyeliner over it and it will look nice. Just don't make it a one color deal. Experiment with what looks nice on you and what you like.
