and anything by wet %26amp; wild eyeshadows! there not amazing, but there good price and pretty good. if you want to spend more, definetly go to M.A.C. They have amazing eye shadows, :)

i dont know if you want light eyeshadow or bright eyeshadow but i know loreal has a product line called Hip (high intensity pigments) that are made to be bright and dont cost too much. They come in a pot of usually two colors and are about as bright/intense as they look on skin.
